Puffed rice is a cereal, which is recognized as having the following important nutritional properties:
- IT DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN, therefore it is recommended in the diet of all those who suffer from allergies or food intolerances
- High digestibility and high absorption at intestinal level of all its constituents;
- Regulator of intestinal flora;
- High biological value of proteins;
- Rich in minerals, especially potassium and selenium which respectively help regulate the heart rate and contribute to increasing the defenses immune;
- Protective action on the kidneys, thanks to its thirst-quenching, astringent and refreshing power;
- Guarantee of naturalness and hygiene.
The processing involves a cooking and blowing phase in electronically controlled autoclaves which involves the "explosion" of the individual grains at very high pressure, thus ensuring the complete gelatinization of the starch which makes it highly digestible and immediately assimilated. For this reason, ZOORí puffed rice, adequately mixed with a meat-based protein quota, is ideal for feeding dogs or puppies subject to enteric problems, intolerant or allergic, convalescent or during the normal maintenance phase.
ZOORí puffed rice is very easy to prepare as it is ready to use, it does not need to be cooked.
COMPOSITION: Cereals (rice 60%), Vegetables 6%, medicinal herbs 1%.
ANALYTICAL COMPONENTS: Protein 7.20%, crude oils and fats 1.90%, crude fibre 1.90%, crude ash 2.00%.
